The key is to figure out what your body is missing (when you’re not pregnant) and replace it so that later, if you decide to have a baby (or are just need to recover from Hyperemesis Gravidarum), your body will be better able to sustain and grow.
The best way I know to figure out what your body needs is with the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis). This test gives you a profile of the 29 minerals and 8 toxic heavy metals. It analyzes the ratios of the most important minerals. This is better than blood tests because the body works very hard to stay in homeostasis.
